Acceptance. By using the PasteLens website or extension you agree to these terms.
Licence. PasteLens grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the extension. The free tier is provided at no charge.
Payments. Pro and Teams pricing, subscriptions, renewals and refunds are handled by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, whose terms govern the transaction.
Acceptable use. Don’t misuse the software or attempt to use it to break the law.
Disclaimer. PasteLens is a detection and control aid provided “as is”. It does not guarantee that every sensitive item will be caught, it is not legal advice, and it is not a certification of compliance. You remain responsible for your own legal and regulatory obligations.
Intellectual property. PasteLens and its content remain the property of the project.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination. If your licence ends, the extension downgrades gracefully to Free; your local data remains yours.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have under your local law.
Changes. We’ll post any changes to these terms on this page.
