Audit & compliance block

PasteLens keeps a local, metadata-only record of what it caught: time, destination site, the action you took, per-category counts, and regime tags. It never stores the text you pasted. You can export it as CSV or a printable PDF report mapped to GDPR / HIPAA / CCPA / DPDP. Think of it as your control-and-evidence layer: proof you were protecting data, not a certification that you're compliant.
